What has happened I have never had a problem receiving my goods from Biercompany

My order that was placed a week or so ago now, due to be sent next day delivery has not arrived with no word to why or when it will. It was a gift for someone so am even most disappointed and upset about this. I have paid for a product/service which has not been fulfilled.

I have tried to e mail and use website online form but no contact has been made

Place an order on the 31st of January and despite paying for next day delivery, it’s now the 8th February and I’ve not received my order. Appalling.

The email address on the website doesn’t work and email comes back as undeliverable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’m £43.45 out of pocket for a gift that’s not arrived!

I've used the Bier Company several times in the past and always had good service, so I didn't hesitate using them again. I was wrong. It's been almost two weeks and I still haven't received my order. I have contacted them and they said they were changing couriers and my order would be with me last week. It wasn't, so I contacted them and they said they were still changing their courier and it would be here this week. I'm certain that will not be the case. Absolutely appalling experience.

Avoid.

I'm waiting for me order 2 week and I paid for next day delivery. Where is my parcel now you thieves!

I have just received another marketing text from Bier company despite requesting they stop several times. From now on every time I get one, I will write a review.
For anyone reading these reviews for the first time please make sure you RESPOND to Trustpilot request for more information. Bier company query EVERY SINGLE!!!! negative review by stating they do not recognise the reviewer as a customer.
They also are disputing all chargebacks administered with banks stating they contacted customers but that the customers did not respond. They are a bunch of fraudulent liars and I’d love for them to challenge my reviews to which I have an overwhelming pile of back up evidence!
Remember respond to requests for information or your review will be taken down which is what Bier company want.

I would also advise everyone to contact Enfield Trading standards.

Previously good company now woeful
Have had a couple of minor issues in the past, but advent calendar experience was dreadful. Ordered 25th Nov paying for next day delivery, arrived damaged 7th Dec. Contact form ignored. 28 phone calls made, all but one either queuing and cutting out or dropping to voicemail, none of which were returned. The one person I was able to speak to agreed it was a poor experience and promised to call back to arrange a refund, but it never happened and chaser emails were ignored.

Having been a customer for a long while, myself and my wife are cancelling our subscriptions and won't be using them again.

It's a shame, as we like to use Indy UK firms, but whatever has changed, it's not a one off, as previously great reviews have dipped in recent months, with lack of response being a common factor it seems.

Appalling service! Ordered a large case of beer with next day delivery. Nothing arrived. Was contacted the following week and told it would be delivered then. They have now changed their mind and will be sometime next week but they can't give me a date. Please beware

If I could this company would receive NO Star!!!

Avoid at all cost as service is non existing. Ordered a gift with next day delivery. Was NOT done. Got in touch with their customer service and promised to get it shipped that day. Did NOT happen. Got in touch again with promise it would be delivered by deadline for the gift recipient. Did NOT happen.

PS: The order was finally delivered 6 days delayed and well after the recipients birthday. I got £3.50 refund and apparently I should be grateful for this.

Bought a 3 month subscription as a gift. First month was great. Then was charged again for second month. Third month never arrived. Have tried contacting but no response. They delete negative comments from their social media sites. Avoid at all costs.

Christmas Advent calendar was missing 2 beers and the final slot with all the goodies I.e. beer glass/socks/nuts etc. Contacted and asked for photo which was supplied. Then no reply to email after that. Cue 5 weeks of calling customer phoneline and requesting call backs with only 3 times in 5 weeks having a call back. Each time told items would very posted our and twice mentioned partial refund. Lo and behold finally got email saying order on way only for it to contain only 2 cans and none of the extra goodies that was missing from calendar. And no partial refund. Did not want to set down another path of unanswered phone calls so admit defeat. So writing experience here on trust pilot.

Back in April they sent out an email claiming I'd won a year's free supply of beer. Turned out to be an April's fools but they then charged me each month for what they said I had won for free without me having ever signed up to pay for this free gift. I tried to cancel via email on several occasions only to be told I needed to ring up for something I never signed up to!!

I'm amazed they are still in business. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY,THERE IS MUCH BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE.

I ordered the Christmas Tree advent box on 18th Nov 2022 (£79.95) I have still not received the order (26th Jan 2023). I have completed the online form six times now and still no contact from the company (email and telephone number on each submitted form). I have also rung multiple times and no-one answers. I originally enquired as to where the order was, but since end Dec, have requested a refund... and still waiting.

I was given a 3 month subscription as a Christmas present, after only one delivery, I have been charged for the next one. Having to call to cancel is poor, if the lines are only open when most people are at work. I'll be expecting a full redund for myself and my son who paid for the 3 months..

My husband and I love The Bier company and have been back to them for a few years now for their advent calendar. I was chuffed to find that from now on I can get a refill for the calendar!! We love that the beers haven’t been sullied by marshmallows or sweets like other brands have.

I bought a 3 month gift card for a friends birthday present back in December 2022. I received the code but then went to use it and it didn’t work at all. I tried to contact them 4+ times with no response whatsoever. Very disappointing as it was a gift!!
